In association with the University of Namibia’s University Central Consultancy Bureau, Conference Link is hosting an unique Ambassadors Programme to train people to become true ambassadors of their country or company by creating a sense of pride in what they do. 

The course is designed to benefit frontline staff from various industries or anyone who deals with customers directly. 

It is presented over 6 days of which 3 days are classes and 3 days are practical.

Training is offered through Conference Link, either at UNAM or as an in-house programme for your organisation.

Cost per person:   N$1 400 per person

Event Management Training Programme

The Polytechnic of Namibia and Conference Link launched the first Event Management Training Course at the beginning of 2009.  

This Programme is applicable to all Event Managers, Secretaries, Personal Assistants and generally all people that deal with the organization of events on a daily basis. The programme consists out of a total of 18 Modules that can also be offered on a per module basis:

Organizing Carnival and Tourism Events
Personal Mastery
English in Practice ( 36 hours)
Computer Training (30 hours)
Practical (960 hours)

Day courses are presented at a cost of N$1 500 per module.
