Take advantage of this exciting opportunity to showcase your company and/or products and expand your business interest at the conference.   The expected audience will include international participants representing the fishing industry groups, policy makers, fishery monitoring programs, international organisations and end users of fisheries products.

The focus of the exhibition will be to display Namibia’s fish, fishery products and fishing equipment e.g. nets, hooks, etc which will be a platform for your organisation to exchange information and interact with potential investors and financial institutes.
 
The Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources will be able to supply you as the successful exhibitor with exhibition space which will include a stand of 3mx3m  equipped with 220 watt power socket, 2 spotlights, 1 fascia board with company name and carpeting.

In addition to the space you as the exhibitor and a guest will have free entrance to the conference and conference activities.  Furthermore, you can enjoy the coffee and tea breaks plus the lunches for the 3 conference days.

The Conference Organizers would gladly assist you to maximize this opportunity.  The direct costs incurred in setting up this structure added to an amount of N$3,000.00 and would therefore require payment.
