• Proficiency Ambassadors
• Brand representation for organizations and Namibia
• Support to organizers – registration, handling VIPS, gather information for report compilations, apply time management
• Understand roles and responsibilities
• Maintain safety and security
• Able to perform, fully understand, master and implement their roles and responsibilities tactfully
• Able to apply basic event management

• Initiated development of the Ambassadors and Visitors Training program in 2009
• Presented training - training Namibians to become true ambassadors of Namibia and their organization. An ambassador is someone that has pride in what he/she does through sufficient knowledge and passion for a brand.
• Developed more than 3,500 event ambassadors representing Namibia and various organizations during events.

Program objectives:

• Contribute to nation building.
• Prepare citizens to be ready for visitors from all spheres of life.
• Develop individuals
• Generate employment opportunities.
